Thank you for checking out my resource guide! This guide includes both resources for you and your child. I am a firm believer in mothering the mother. A mother who can take care of herself by practicing self-care can parent from a place of contentment, peace, and intention rather than exhaustion which often breeds contempt, impatience, and frustration. Practicing self-care is a work in progress for all of us. Check out my blog where I explore this topic, among other topics regarding mothering and our mental health.
As always, reach out if you need more support. I’m a trained counselor focused on supporting mothers in all stages of motherhood—whether that be through parent coaching and learning new parenting skills or through counseling for self-growth, depression, anxiety, perinatal mood disorders, processing past trauma, strengthening your marriage, and more.
