Welcome!

If you’ve found your way here, you’re wrestling with the notion that something in your life is out of balance.

You’re working your butt off to keep it all together. Your relationships, parenting, self-care and job are all surviving—BUT NOTHING IS THRIVING. Underneath it all, you’re scared, overwhelmed, and exhausted.

You’re everything to everyone…and yet you wonder if you’re not enough.

You’re drowning in a never-ending to-do list that is overpowering what really matters to you most: your family, friends, and the ability to have fun without that unfinished to-do list telling you that you’re not good enough.

I have an important message for you:

YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH.

YOU CAN CALM THE CHAOS.

YOU ARE WORTH IT.

And it’s my life’s work to help you get there.

I know it can be nerve-wracking and scary to find a therapist. There are so many to choose from, and it’s hard to know which one will be the one to help you feel better.

The research on this topic has shown over and over again that the biggest factor contributing to clients’ growth in counseling is due to the rapport and connection with the therapist— the therapist’s training, treatment modalities, and philosophies are certainly important, but it’s the RELATIONSHIP between you and your therapist that really helps.

Two huge pieces of a this relationship are TRUST & TRANSPARENCY.
That being said, I’ve built this website to give you a glimpse into who I am, what I do, how I do it, and most importantly, why I choose to work with people like you (hint, I’ve been there!). It is my hope that what you read and hear on this site will be a first step in gaining your TRUST. Along the way, I will always be TRANSPARENT about the counseling journey and all it entails.

Additionally, I offer a free phone consultation so that we can discuss your needs and determine if I’m the right therapist for you.

“A sound mind in a sound body is a short but full description of a happy state in this world.  He that has these two has little more to wish for; and he that wants either of them will be little the better for anything else.” - John Locke, Some Thoughts Concerning...
